Q. 何名まで宿泊できますか？
How many guests can stay?

A. 定員は施設ごとに異なります。少人数向けの一棟貸しから、大人数で利用できる大型貸別荘までございます。ご宿泊人数、旅行目的、必要な設備に合わせてお選びください。
The maximum number of guests varies by property. We offer vacation rentals for both small and large groups, so please choose a property based on the number of guests, the purpose of your stay, and your preferred facilities.

Q. 犬と一緒に泊まれますか？
Can I bring my dog?

A. はい、犬と一緒に泊まれる施設がございます。ペット同伴をご希望の場合は、各施設ページで「犬同伴可」の表示、利用条件、頭数、注意事項をご確認ください。
Yes, some of our properties are dog-friendly. If you would like to stay with your dog, please check each property page for dog-friendly availability, conditions, the number of dogs allowed, and important notes before booking.

Q. 空室はすぐ確認できますか？
How can I check availability?

A. はい。宿泊日と人数を入力すると、空室状況と宿泊料金をご確認いただけます。日程がお決まりの方は、「空室検索」または各施設ページの「空室・料金を見る」からご確認ください。
Yes. You can check availability and rates by entering your stay dates and the number of guests. If your travel dates are fixed, please use the availability search or the “Check Availability and Rates” button on each property page.

Q. 予約・空室確認はどこからできますか？
Where can I make a reservation or check availability?

A. 公式サイト内の「空室検索」または各施設ページの「空室・料金を見る」ボタンから、外部予約システムで空室状況と宿泊料金をご確認いただけます。

What time are check-in and check-out?

Q. キャンセル料はいつから発生しますか？
When does the cancellation fee apply?

A. キャンセル規定は、ご予約方法、宿泊プラン、予約サイトにより異なる場合があります。ご予約前に、各予約ページに表示されるキャンセルポリシーを必ずご確認ください。
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the booking method, accommodation plan, and reservation site. Please make sure to check the cancellation policy shown on the booking page before confirming your reservation.

Q. 未成年者だけで利用することは可能ですか？
Can minors stay without an accompanying adult?

A. 18歳未満の方のみでご宿泊いただく場合は、親権者様の同意書のご提出をお願いしています。なお、15歳未満の方がご宿泊される場合は、保護者またはそれに準ずる成人の方の同行を条件とさせていただきます。
Guests under 18 may stay without an accompanying adult only if a consent form from a parent or legal guardian is submitted in advance. Guests under 15 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult.

Yes. 200V electric vehicle charging facilities are available at the following properties:

Q. BBQは雨の日でもできますか？

Q. 子ども連れや三世代旅行でも利用できますか？
Is it suitable for families with children or three-generation trips?

A. はい。ポーラーリゾート軽井沢には、家族旅行、三世代旅行、友人グループ、大人数旅行に向いた一棟貸し施設がございます。周囲を気にせず過ごしやすい一棟貸しのため、小さなお子様連れの旅行にもおすすめです。
Yes. Polar Resort Karuizawa offers private vacation rentals suitable for families, three-generation trips, groups of friends, and large groups. Since each property is rented as a whole house, it is also recommended for families with children.

Q. 長期滞在やワーケーションにも利用できますか？
Can we use the property for long stays or workation?

A. はい。長期滞在やワーケーションにもご利用いただける一棟貸し施設がございます。間取り、デスク環境、周辺環境は施設ごとに異なりますので、目的に合わせてお選びください。
Yes. Some private vacation rentals are suitable for long stays and workation. Room layouts, workspaces, and surrounding environments vary by property, so please choose the property that best fits your needs.

Q. 冬でも宿泊できますか？
Can we stay during winter?

A. はい、冬季もご宿泊いただけます。軽井沢は冬季に積雪や路面凍結があるため、お車でお越しの場合はスタッドレスタイヤやチェーンのご準備をおすすめします。天候や道路状況は事前にご確認ください。
Yes, winter stays are available. Karuizawa may have snow and icy roads during winter, so we recommend using winter tires or carrying tire chains if you are coming by car. Please check the weather and road conditions before traveling.

Q. 喫煙はできますか？
Is smoking allowed?

A. 室内は禁煙です。喫煙は、各施設で指定された場所がある場合のみ、指定場所にてお願いいたします。吸い殻の放置、敷地外・道路・近隣へのポイ捨ては固くお断りいたします。
Smoking is not allowed indoors. If a designated smoking area is available at the property, please smoke only in that area. Please do not leave cigarette butts on the property, on the road, or in the surrounding neighborhood.

Q. ゴミはどのように処理すればよいですか？
How should we handle garbage?

A. ゴミの分別・処理方法は、施設ごとにご案内しております。チェックインガイドまたは施設内の案内に従って分別をお願いいたします。近隣のゴミ集積所への持ち込みや、施設外への放置はご遠慮ください。
Garbage disposal rules vary by property. Please follow the instructions in the check-in guide or the information provided inside the property. Please do not use neighborhood garbage stations or leave garbage outside the property.

Q. 夜間に屋外で過ごしてもよいですか？
Can we spend time outdoors at night?

A. 夜間は近隣への配慮のため、屋外での大声、音楽、長時間の会話はご遠慮ください。BBQや屋外利用には時間制限がある場合がありますので、各施設のルールに従ってご利用ください。
To respect the surrounding neighborhood, please refrain from loud voices, music, or long conversations outdoors at night. BBQ and outdoor use may be subject to time limits, so please follow the rules of each property.

Q. 施設内で花火はできますか？
Is it possible to enjoy fireworks on the property?

A. いいえ。安全上の理由により、施設敷地内での花火や焚火は禁止しております。
No. Fireworks and bonfires are strictly prohibited on the property for safety reasons.

Q. 近隣で花火ができる公園はありますか？
Are there any nearby parks where fireworks are allowed?

A. 軽井沢町内では、雲場公園、狩野公園、北野沢原公園、西野沢原公園、長倉北公園で、手持ち花火のみ利用できると案内されています。打ち上げ花火、ロケット花火、音の大きい花火、花火の残骸が周辺に飛散するものは禁止されています。

ご利用の際は、バケツやごみ袋を持参し、公園内にゴミを捨てず、必ず各自でお持ち帰りください。公園の利用ルールは変更される場合がありますので、ご利用前に軽井沢町の最新情報をご確認ください。

In Karuizawa Town, handheld fireworks are allowed at Kumoba Park, Kano Park, Kitanozawahara Park, Nishinozawahara Park, and Nagakura Kita Park. Aerial fireworks, rocket fireworks, loud fireworks, and fireworks that scatter debris are prohibited.

Please bring a bucket and garbage bags, do not leave any trash in the park, and make sure to take all trash home with you. Park rules may change, so please check the latest information from Karuizawa Town before using fireworks.
