Origin

創業の原点

POLAR RESORT was founded in 2018 by Toshihiko Saito with a singular vision —
to create private villas where architecture refines time itself.

ポーラーリゾートは2018年1月11日、齋藤利彦により設立されました。
その原点にあるのは、「建築によって時間を整える空間を創る」という明確な思想です。

With over 25 years of experience in real estate investment across Tokyo and Saitama,
he developed a disciplined understanding of land value, asset longevity, and operational stability.

東京都・埼玉県において25年以上にわたり不動産投資・運営に携わる中で、
土地の本質的価値、資産の持続性、そして安定した運営の重要性を磨いてきました。

Yet POLAR RESORT was never conceived merely as an extension of property development.
It was envisioned as a more refined expression of space —
where silence, proportion, and light are intentionally composed.

しかし、ポーラーリゾートは単なる不動産事業の延長ではありません。
それは、静けさ、余白、光のバランスを緻密に構成する、より洗練された空間表現として構想されました。

Philosophy in Practice

Beyond real estate, Mr. Saito also leads SKG Co., Ltd.,
operating an educational institution in Kawaguchi and an international preschool in Tokyo.

齋藤は株式会社SKGの代表として、
埼玉県川口市などにて学習塾、東京都内にてインターナショナルプレスクールを運営しています。

Across these fields runs a consistent belief:

The Evolution

進化し続ける理由

Today, POLAR RESORT operates 27 private villas —
21 in Karuizawa, 5 in Nikko, and 1 in Kawaguchi —
with four additional villas currently under development.

現在、軽井沢21棟・日光5棟・川口1棟、計27棟を運営し、
さらに4棟を建設中です。

Expansion, however, is not the objective.
Refinement is.

拡大そのものが目的ではありません。
目指しているのは、完成度の深化です。

Each villa is treated as an independent architectural statement.
Designed not for spectacle, but for stillness.
