Access to Karuizawa

1. From Tokyo Station

Shinkansen (Bullet Train):

Take the Hokuriku Shinkansen. Trains such as the "Asama" and "Hakutaka" operate on this route.

The journey takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

There are many direct trains from Tokyo Station to Karuizawa Station, making the trip comfortable and convenient. 

2. 新宿駅からのアクセス

高速バス

新宿駅から軽井沢行きの高速バスが運行されています。

所要時間は約3時間～4時間です。

バスは新宿駅西口から出発し、軽井沢駅や周辺の宿泊施設まで直通で行ける便があります。

2. From Shinjuku Station

Highway Bus:

There are highway buses operating from Shinjuku Station to Karuizawa.

The journey takes approximately 3 to 4 hours.

Buses depart from the West Exit of Shinjuku Station, with some offering direct service to Karuizawa Station and nearby accommodations. 

おすすめの方法

東京駅からの新幹線が最も速く、快適な移動手段です。

新宿駅からの高速バスも便利で、直通で行けるため、荷物が多い場合には特におすすめです。

Recommended Travel Option

Taking the Shinkansen from Tokyo Station is the fastest and most comfortable way to reach Karuizawa.

The highway bus from Shinjuku Station is also convenient, especially recommended if you have a lot of luggage, as it offers direct service.
